The most important advantage of saucepans made of this type of steel is that they conduct heat by as much as 30% larger compared to standard traffic circles made of 304 steel. They are also characterized by increased resistance to mechanical damage and the effects of organic acids and detergents. That's why, are dishwasher safe and are resistant to intensive surface scrubbing.
Importantly, saucepans made of steel type 21/0 do not contain manganese and nickel, which are harmful to human health.
