Moretti Forni's Neapolis pizza oven is a post-industrial style device that is eye-catching, so it can be successfully displayed in the service room. It is the only Neapolitan pizza oven on the market with an operating temperature of +510°C without closing the door.

- Fireproof baking chamber, lined entirely with special chamotte stone
- The top of the chamber from a special chamotte plate of *"BISCUIT "*(biscuit) type, 55 mm thick. Plate baked at 1200˚C, with a large number of fine pores, thanks to which it heats up evenly, keeps heat for a long time and gives it back evenly to the baking chamber
- Upper and lower heaters made of special wire with optimized heat balance placed inside the chamotte stone directly heat it up without unnecessary energy and heat losses
- Double and high-density insulation of the chamber, prevents excessive heating of the outer casing
