Fryer YATO is an indispensable device in almost every catering outlet. It is designed for deep frying:
- fries,
- meats,
- fish,
- croquettes,
- vegetables.
Each of thethe fryer's biorungs have a a total filling capacity of 17L. While the minimum oil level is 6.5L and the maximum is 11.5L.
Two heaters, each with a power of 5.0kW, is controlled by a potentiometer located on the control panel. It is possible to set the operating temperature within the range 60~200℃. Installed splash-proof switches allow you to turn off the device without disconnecting the power cord from the mains. Additionally the control panel has a protective cover made of highly durable polycarbonate, which protects the panel against oil splashing during frying. This makes keeping the fryer clean much easier. Removable heaters have the ability to hang them on special brackets in a position where the dripping oil goes back into the tank. The fryer has additional safety, which automatically shuts off the heater when it is removed from the tank. An additional safety feature protects it from overheating, with temperatures above 260℃.
A particularly useful feature of the fryers YATO is the use of the so-called "cold zone" i.e., the distance between heater and the bottom of the tank. This function takes advantage of the phenomenon that the heat generated by the heater rises upward heating the oil. On the other hand, under the heater, the oil temperature is lower. Thanks to this crumbs and food scraps falling to the bottom of the tank are stored in oil at a lower temperature and do not burn.
Both the housing and the lids that come with the fryer are made of high-quality stainless steel. This makes the fryer quick to clean and maintain.
Fryer YATO has very durable baskets, each with a dimension of 240x220x110mm, which have a plastic, non-heating handle. Meanwhile, special hooks allow the baskets to be hung directly over the tank, minimizing the risk of splashing oil on the work surface. This significantly increases the cleanliness of the workstation and minimizes cleaning time.
Fryer, powered by a voltage of 380~400V has dimensions 490x595x360mm and weighs 15.0kg.
