CAS CVP Packaging Machine
CAS CVP vacuum packaging machines are designed for for packaging of food and industrial industrial products. The packaging technique involves creating a vacuum inside the pouch constituting the packaging of the goods and making a closing seal. These processes take place inside the closed chamber of the vacuum packaging machine. In CAS CVP packaging machines, thanks to the use of vacuum pumps vacuum pumps with a capacity adapted to the size chamber of the packer, a short cycle time is achieved packaging of the goods. The use of a microprocessor controller made it possible to automatically control operation of the device, and the individual phases of the packing cycle are carried out according to the parameters set in the memory of the packaging machine controller. CAS CVP packaging machine is characterized by a large depth of the packing chamber, which allows you to pack goods with large dimensions dimensions - even up to 170 mm in height. Pump high-capacity vacuum pump 10 m3/h. CAS CVP packers are supplied with a set of consumable accessories, including a bottle of oil for the vacuum pump, a spare gasket of the vacuum chamber cover, spare parts of the heating strip, and heating tape and protective tape made of Teflon fabric. Note - for packaging of products, use bags made of PAPE barrier film, adapted to the requirements of vacuum packaging. Pouches available in the offer of CAS Poland.
