The COMPACT version of Sanremo's ZOE espresso machine is an innovative design in which the frame of the machine also forms its outer casing! This even, modern coffee maker is ideal for any barista, and is a unique design element for the modern coffee shop. ZOE is named after Italian writer Itallo Calvino, who named the first of his invisible cities ZOE and described it as a city of invisible existence, where one cannot find "a line separating the inside from the outside."
