- Infinitely variable temperature control up to 195 °C
- "Cold zone" system - separates frying residue below the level of the heaters increasing fat yield
- The removable control has an additional safety feature that shuts off the fryers when it is removed
- Thermostat with indicator light protects the fryer from overheating
- The thermostat can be restarted using the reset button at the bottom
- Modular design for easy cleaning (grease container can be removed)
- The fryer has a special handle for hanging the basket after removing from the fat to drain its contents
