Sammic multifunction robots combine the advantages of using variable speed shredders together with cutters-emulsifiers.

The offer consists of 4 models. Each of them is equipped with 3 basic elements:

1 ENGINE BLOCK (common to all models of multifunction machines)

• Engine block made of high-grade aluminum alloy
• User-friendly electronic waterproof control panel with LED backlighting.
• Timer allowing time programming of operation from 0 to 10 minutes in 0.5 minute increments
• Pulse mode button (for slow speed only)
• Display of speed, time and error codes
• Fan-cooled motor allowing continuous operation for up to 30 minutes (then a break of about 10 minutes)
• Micro safety switch to block motor rotation when the shredder head or emulsifier tank is not installed, or installed incorrectly
• Easy to use and clean

2 VEGETABLE SHREDDER HEAD

• Designed to shred vegetables using a wide range of discs and grinders available as an OPTION the possibility of obtaining different thicknesses of slices, chips, bars, cubes and fries
• Made of cast aluminum, it is distinguished by its high durability and adaptation to intensive work
• Equipped with a large vegetable feeder: 136 cm2 or as much as 286 cm2 (depending on the model)
• Side discharge opening for finished product allowing the machine to be positioned on a small work area
• As many as 5 cutting speeds from 365 to 1000 rpm./min
• Profiled evacuation disk to increase device performance
• Capacity: from 150 to as much as 650 kg/hour. (depending on the model)
• Pressure lever design with swivel handle minimizes elbow and wrist strain
• Easily removable lever and lid for easy cleaning
• NOTE: discs must be ordered separately

3 CUTTER-EMULSIFIER TANK

• Designed for chopping, chopping, grinding and mixing all kinds of products such as vegetables and herbs, raw and cooked meats, fish, fruits, nuts, ice cubes and for kneading all kinds of doughs
• Specifically designed to work with liquids
• 10 available speeds from 365 to 3000 rpm./min
• Removable stainless steel tank (5.5 or 8 liters depending on the model) with polycarbonate lid with opening to add ingredients while the machine is running
• Included serrated knife
• Scraper used for additional mixing
