Electric kebab knife is a catering appliance designed for preparing dishes such as kebab, shoarma or gyros.
Thanks to the power of 80W and cutting speeds 2600rpm., the device allows you to achieve a good output of up to 60kg/h. The device has 2 blades made of stainless steel with a diameter of ø 100mm: smooth and serrated and allows you to adjust the slicing thickness from 0 mm to 8 mm. The motor housing and handle are made of anti-slip plastic, which guarantees the comfort of work. Taking care of safety during work in this device has been used blade guard made of steel AISI 304, as well as a reset button that protects the equipment from overloading.
