Amalfi is a professional modular oven designed for direct baking with exceptional temperature stability; the baking chamber is completely lined with refractory brick, making this oven ideal for baking traditional pizzas.

The distinguishing feature of Amalfi is the heating elements inside the firebrick allowing for better thermal circulation even when the door is opened frequently.
