Product description
Stainless steel catering container, GN 1/3, 65 mm, capacity 2,5 l.Catering containers YATO Proffesional Kitchen Equipment, are intended for professional use in mass catering establishments.
They were manufactured from the highest quality type 201 stainless steel, with a matte and smooth surface, according to the standardization of GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996.
GN containers are used to store food in refrigeration and freezing conditions - up to -40°C. They are also ideal for use in the higher temperature range - up to 300°C. This makes them suitable for use in combi oven technology.
They are characterized by increased resistance to mechanical damage and the effects of organic acids and detergents. That's why, are dishwasher safe and are resistant to intensive surface scrubbing.
Special attention has been paid to details such as rounded corners and smooth edges, which ensure a high level of safety and hygiene of use. Additional embossing around the perimeter of each container strengthens its design, protecting it from creases formed during operation and allows stacking.
