Hamburger grinder with a diameter of 130mm by YATOThe device is extremely useful in any catering facility specializing in the preparation of hamburgers from both ground meat and fish or vegetables.
All parts of the YATO hamburger press that come into contact with food are made of stainless steel. This makes it much easier to keep them clean and guarantees a high level of hygiene. The lower housing, on the other hand, is made of anodized aluminum, which ensures a solid construction and many years of use.
Thanks to its special form and design, the press forms hamburgers with a diameter of 130mm. By filling the razor with a measured portion of the cartridge, the same round shape is always obtained, ensuring perfect repeatability of the process.
In addition, the machine has a special built-in container for paper discs, used to separate the prepared hamburgers from each other. This prevents them from sticking together and protects them from direct contact with hands, thus significantly increasing the level of hygiene at work. The location of the container directly at the press allows you to significantly speed up work and increase efficiency.
The razor is equipped with four rubber non-slip feet, which provide stability and prevent the device from moving during operation.
