Product description
Polycarbonate lid for container GN 1/3 brands YATO.
Dimensions according to the standardization of GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1:1996.
Manufactured from the highest quality polycarbonate PC, which is characterized by very high strength and resistance to mechanical damage, ensuring a very long life. They are designed for professional use in restaurants, bars or mass catering establishments.
Exceptional properties allow them to be used in refrigeration or freezing conditions in temperatures down to - 40°C. They are also ideal for use in the higher temperature range up to 99°C. Thus, they can be used to store hot food. However, they are not intended for use in bemars or combi ovens.
Brand Lids YATO have a very smooth surface, making them easy to clean and maintain. It is also possible to washing in dishwashers.they do not absorb odors or flavors, making them suitable for storing other products after washing.
Particular attention has been paid to details such as rounded corners and smooth edges, which ensure a high level of safety and hygiene in use. Additional embossing around the perimeter of each lid strengthens its structure, protecting it from creases caused during use and allows stacking.
