Product description
Planetary mixer by YATO YG-03027 with a capacity of 35L.
The mixer is designed for:
- kneading lightweight doughs,
- whipping foam,
- mixing stuffing.
It is powered by a motor with the power of 1100W, powered by 220~240V / 50Hz, using pinion gear, which guarantees a very long life of the mechanism and use. The transmission of the drive is carried out by means of drive belt, which greatly facilitates its replacement during service actions.
It has three working speeds 80 / 160 / 388 rpm so you can freely adjust the mode of operation according to your needs. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch, so that the work is automatically interrupted.
Mixer with dimensions 1020x640x550mm weighs 130kg. Body made of aluminum and steel painted in silver metallic color is easy to clean. Whereas bowl and additional accessories are made of made of stainless steel intended for food contact.
Bowl capacity 35L and inside diameter 375mm is lowered by a lever, which makes it possible to remove it, unload the dough and wash it. The mixer has an additional safety feature against starting it with the handle down. As an added safety feature, the unit also automatically shuts down when an attempt is made to open the protective cover.
The mixer comes with optional accessories:
- light dough mixing hook,
- a whisk for whipping foam,
- stirrer for beating foam.
