Bags for vacuum packers and sous vide cookers, size 250x350mm - set of 100pcs.
Useful in catering, food industry and trade. Enable airtight packaging of food without oxygen or in a modified atmosphere (MAP), extending its validity. They are ideal for freezing seasonal produce, semi-finished products and surplus production.
In addition, the bags can be used to prepare food using the method:
- sous vide,
- marinating
- pasteurizing.
They are designed to operate in a temperature range from -20up to +120˚C
There are as many as 100pcs bags with dimensions 250x350mm. They are made of the highest quality 2-layer material with 70 μm total thickness:
- layer outer made of strong, durable polyamide, which guarantees tightness and airtightness
- layer inner made of polyethylene intended for contact with food
Bags do not contain harmful BPA and are uV resistant.
