Base made of high quality aluminum alloy with an anodized surface is very easy to clean and in maintenance. An additional advantage of the slicer YATO is removable cart, which can be quickly unscrewed, making it much easier to access hard-to-reach nooks and crannies, and easier to clean them of any leftover sliced products.

Cutting disc with a diameter of 250mm allows slicing of products with a diameter of up to up to 180mm. Thanks to infinitely adjustable slicing thickness it is possible to cut slices from 0.2 to 12mm thick.

The air-cooled motor has an output of 150W. This prevents overloading the machine and guarantees high performance and long life.

Carriage installed on slides with bearings works very lightly and smoothly, significantly reducing the effort during cutting. Additionally cutting mechanism, that is, the carriage and the disc, are positioned diagonally. In this way, the sliced products are pressed against the disc by gravity reducing the force required to do so.

Built-in semi-automatic sharpener allows quick sharpening of the cutting wheel without removing it.

Special attention has also been paid to the issue of security. Light-proof switch protects against electric shock during operation and cleaning of the device. In addition, the following is used protection cover for the cutting disc, minimizing the risk of injury. In addition, the cart has a special transparent cover protecting against accidental insertion of the hand into the cutting zone.

The stability of the device during operation is provided by special anti-slip feet.
